How we talk the talk:
Trustworthy
We leave no stone unturned, no tactic untested. Our clients can depend on us to identify the right programs for their business, and to be transparent when something isn’t working so we can swiftly adjust. Consistency in our language is key: we’re straightforward, concise, and clear, never misleading, verbose, or convoluted. We speak reassuringly and always with solutions in mind, letting our people know that we’ve got their back.
Don’t say:
- There are drastic differences between the two platforms that you need to be aware of, as choosing the wrong option will severely impact your business.
- Word choices like “drastic” and “severe” are too overstated, and the overall tone is anxious and negative.
Do Say:
- We’ll breakdown the significant differences between the two platforms, helping you choose the best option for your business.
- The phrasing is solution-oriented, and the tone is more positive and reassuring.
Intelligent
Being data-driven is not just a buzzword for us.
Together, with the right tools and top talent, data informs our every approach, leading to results that make a real impact. As a team, our drive to exceed is fueled by our desire to learn—even as a thought leader in the industry, we are open-minded and always curious.

Don’t say:
- Leveraging the best tools in the industry, we can fix any business problem you have.
- The language speaks too much in absolutes, and the tone comes off as boastful.
Do say:
- Using the right tools for your needs, we can help you identify your unique business problems and develop a plan to solve for them.
- The language is inclusive, making the client feel more like a partner than a patient.
Dynamic
We’re not afraid of change. In fact, we embrace it, because we know that with change comes positive growth. It’s why “evolve” is one of our Core Values—it captures our ability to be efficient in our processes, agile in our approach, and innovative in our practices.
In tonality, we’re engaging and spirited, but not obnoxious or too whimsical. We’re knowledgeable without the pretentiousness, because we’re always open and eager to know more.
Don’t say:
- We are always at the forefront of new technologies, so our business is supported by only top-notch solutions.
- The sentiment comes across as rigid and detached.
Do say:
- We’re always discovering new technologies that best support our clients’ businesses as well as our own.
- The language is friendlier, and the tone is more sincere and engaged.
Confident
We take pride in our passionately driven team of individuals, each contributing their own unique skills to our whole.
And because of this pride, we don’t need to try to be impressive: rather, we prove ourselves by the long-standing relationships we build, and the results we deliver.
We speak in a way that is calm, direct, and wholehearted, without the extra fluff. We use active voice as much as possible, reflecting that we are certain and capable in all that we do.
Don’t say:
- Customers are met at various touchpoints along their journey, where authentic experiences can be delivered.
- Uses passive voice, and sounds uncertain.
Do say:
- We meet customers at all the right touchpoints along their journey, delivering authentic experiences.
- Uses active voice, and the message comes across in a more direct way.
